- The mats are shipped rolled in plastic and on occasion moisture can get trapped. Lay the mat out flat to dry before first use if this occurs.
- Remove protective film from the back of the mat, wash before first use
- Wipe clean with soapy water using a cloth, air dry or using a paper towel
- Do not place over open flame
- Store flat or rolled, the mat will return to its flat shape
- Light food prep ok, avoid heavy cutting directly on mat
