Refund policy
Rad Mod Cons prefers for customers to be happy with their purchases, however if you are wanting to return or exchange a product here's what you need to know:
Change of Mind
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Rad Mod Cons do not cover any return shipping fees for change of mind returns.

Damaged/Missing Items
We take great care in packing and shipping your order, but we understand that accidents can happen in transit with couriers.
If your order arrives damaged or is missing an item, please inspect it immediately and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged item(s) / all items received
Once we’ve assessed the issue, we’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement if required. Items must be returned in their original condition for us to process any exchanges or credits. Shipping will be covered by Rad Mod Cons in these instances.
We cannot offer a refund for used items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
