Shipping policy
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the shipping address they enter at checkout is correct. Whilst we can do our best to update the shipping details after the order has been placed if an error was made, we can't guarantee anything.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days of purchase, unless otherwise stated. You will receive notification once your product has been dispatched.
On the rare occasion your product is out of stock it could take 10-14 days for your item to be dispatched. However, times for out of stock items do vary, and this will be advertised on the product page before you purchase the item. You will be notified by email with an estimated time of departure for back order items.

Australia
Flat rate delivery across Australia is offered and calculated at checkout. Standard or Express postage options can be selected by Australian residents.
Standard Shipping - Order < 1kg = $9.95
Standard Shipping - Order > 1kg = $14.95
Express Flat Rate = $19.95
Free Standard shipping for orders over $180
International
We presently do not offer international shipping. We aim to expand to more international locations during the second half of 2026.
Delivery Timeframes - Australia
Standard Delivery: Please allow up to 7 business days* after receiving your Shipping Confirmation e-mail.
Express Delivery: Please allow 2 – 4 business days* after receiving your Shipping Confirmation e-mail.

Lost or Delayed Orders
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. If your delivery is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at rhi@radmodcons.com with your order number and we’ll assist in tracking it down.
Import Taxes & Duties
Where relevant, international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. As charges vary by country, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
